Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Framepark Studios’ website and any studio booking services we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Bookings
- Minimum booking hours are listed for each studio and may vary by location, day, or time.
- Setup and teardown time must be included within the booking window. Access outside of your confirmed booking time is not guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
- Overtime is billed by full hours when available. If the studio is booked immediately after your session, overtime may be denied.
- Bookings are not confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us (email confirmation or platform confirmation where applicable).
- You are responsible for ensuring the booking details are correct (date, time, location, add-ons, crew size, equipment needs).
3. Fees & Payment
- Rates are posted per hour; taxes and cleaning may apply depending on the studio and the nature of your use.
- Payment must be completed according to the checkout or invoice terms presented at the time of booking.
- Late payments or chargebacks may lead to suspension or cancellation of current and future bookings.
- Additional fees may apply for excessive cleaning, damages, missing items, overtime, unauthorized use of restricted areas, exceeding capacity, or violating studio rules.
4. Conduct
- No hazardous activities or open flames without explicit written approval. This includes (but is not limited to) pyrotechnics, smoke effects not permitted by the studio, and unsafe stunts.
- Respect quiet hours and neighboring spaces. You must comply with any building policies, security requirements, and noise limitations.
- Do not block hallways, exits, or common areas. Maintain clear egress paths at all times.
- Follow all posted studio rules and staff directions. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of your session without refund.
- You are responsible for the behavior and actions of all attendees, including crew, talent, contractors, and guests.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made within a grace period may be eligible for a partial refund; otherwise fees may apply. Specific cancellation windows, refund eligibility, and rescheduling terms may vary by studio and will be presented at booking.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
- No-shows or late arrivals do not extend the booking window and may be treated as used time with no refund.
- If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g., building closure, emergency, safety concerns), we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund amounts paid for unused time, subject to applicable law.
6. Liability
Users are responsible for their crew and equipment. You agree to use the studio and Services at your own risk and to take appropriate precautions for safety.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
- We do not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or equipment, whether inside the studio or in common areas.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the booking giving rise to the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
